The Cravings

Happy Friday!

Even before I was pregnant, I battled with cravings. Usually, they consisted of peanut butter, ice cream and Chinese food. Now, being pregnant, my hope was that I'd be craving some of this:

Fresh peaches from Linvilla Farms

Veggies!

Fresh strawberries.

But really, it's not true. My body wants more of these types of foods instead:

Better'n Peanut Butter (and regular peanut butter too!)
Fat free pretzels

And last, but not least, lots and lots of this!
BREAD!!!

It's interesting how my body craves foods that I didn't eat a lot of while following Weight Watchers. I'm hoping that I'll get back to craving fruit and veggies and that my body stops going on carb overload!

But I definitely find myself craving peanut/almond butter, cinnamon raisin bread, and thick 2% greek yogurt on a daily basis. My loves.

I crave peanut butter, protein cookie dough, greek honey yogurt, fast food, bread,pasta, diner food, and of course chinese food like you! lol

I didn't realize you were pregnant! When are you due!

I am always craving bread! I literally could eat a whole baguette or italian loaf...not that I ever have! I so rarely get to have a good piece of bread now that I am on WW...too many points! :)

Carb cravings are the worst! For me...the less I eat, the less I crave. This applies to bread and sugar. I'm not sure how I would do with that if I were pregnant. Good luck! And remember, it's not the end of the world if you give in, it will only last a few months :)

haha- I always wonder how I'm going to be when we decide to get preggers! Right now I eat peanut butter and then want a pickle...I can only imagine preggers cravings! So fun!!

hey it's me again =) I just wanted to answer your question about GMs. Yup they do fill me up because I add so many things to it...I even add oats in there (about 1/2 a pack) at times. Give it a try =)
